1. The service
Church Bulletin Software provides tools to collect, edit, format and publish church bulletins. It is an independent software service, not an ecclesial authority, publisher, licensing agency or legal adviser.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and private contributor or recovery links, sign out on shared devices, and promptly revoke access that is no longer appropriate. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite and the content those people submit.
3. Content responsibility
You retain responsibility for factual accuracy, pastoral suitability, safeguarding, privacy, permissions and final approval. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential pastoral records, malicious files or personal information you lack authority to process.
4. Copyright and licensed material
You represent that you have permission to reproduce any Scripture translation, lyrics, sheet music, liturgical text, artwork, photograph, logo or other protected material you publish. Built-in structural labels and AI assistance do not grant reproduction rights.
5. AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed. You must not treat generated material as official doctrine, liturgical law, pastoral advice or a verified source. We may restrict unsafe or abusive requests.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect output or any search ranking, revenue or attendance result. Keep local copies of final PDFs and important source material.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit or end access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion subject to lawful retention.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, missed deadlines, printing costs or claims arising from content you publish.
